SUBJECT: BIOMETRICS IS BACK!

Hello Fulltimers!
Due to some fulltimers, missing out their clock ins on time.
We are bringing back our clock in and out using BIOMETRICS.
It will be available upon entrance, located at Kuya Sammy’s table.
This will be effective starting Monday, May 30, 2022.
To those people who are not yet registered in our biometrics,
Kindly approach Ms. Kristine Gabutan on or before Tuesday (May 31, 2022)
But clocking out and submitting your Daily accomplishments should still
be submitted via admin portal (www.lifegiverchurch.ph/admin)
Hoping by this changes, we will get more accurate and no miss clock ins.
SOME CHANGES YOU WILL SEE ON OUR ADMIN PORTAL:
1. TIME IN:
For approved work from home request, you can use this TIME IN.
Submission of WFH request should be submitted one day before.
2. FOR TIME OUT:
Still for submission of Daily Accomplishment Report.
3. FOR OVER TIME:
Still for submission or application of overtime work.
4. OFFICIAL BUSINESS (OB)
This option is for early business errands that requires you to go straight to the errands
or attend outside meetings or conferences. Please, pa heads up muna kami for your
errands or whereabouts.
5. CHANGE SHIFT (CS)
Our regular shift is 8 hours a day from 9AM to 5PM. In case, there are approved overtime
work and requires you to end your shift very late. You can apply for change of shift.
That means, you can start your shift on a later time. Kindly, e-mail admin@lifegiverchurch.ph to request CHANGE SHIFT the day before. Ibig sabihin, kung
ngayon ka mag oover time, message mo na ko ngayon na bukas mag change ka ng shift. Gets mo?
No approved CS, NO CS.
Please message me if may mga hindi clear sa mga changes na ito.
